It offers more comfortable recording experience due to the buffer size setting lower than a class compliant driver. In case of using ASIO support application such like Steinberg Cubase, you can select one of above USB audio devices as an ASIO device. We also recommend you to use this driver when you want to try buffer size setting lower than a class compliant driver. Usually setting the buffer size to a higher value can eliminate the problem however, if you encounter this issue when using the class compliant driver, and setting the buffer size to a higher value does not resolve the problem, please try the USB Audio Driver. In some cases, depending on conditions or the specification of the computer, a drop-out noise in a recorded audio file can be produced as a result of an interruption in the signal flow. When using the above products, even if the USB Audio Driver is not installed, a class compliant driver (OS standard driver) is automatically applied when the product is connected to the computer with a USB cable. Select the audio control from your system tray and click on "Line (Digital Piano).The USB Audio Driver is required to connect one of above USB audio devices to your computer. Your computer should automatically detect the USB device, and the software will treat it as an audio output. Switch on your computer first, then, once fully booted, switch on your piano. It's also possible to select the output using your devices audio control.Įnsure your digital piano is connected to your computer via USB cable. The Yamaha-Steinberg USB Device Driver will automatically detect a connected, powered-on, supported device, and select this as the default audio output.
